    Job position:Deputy General Manager, Marina Operations


    Responsible for building and operating the financially viable business in the Marina and Commercial areas for Zhongshan Marina project.


  • Develop and implement a financially viable business plan for Marina and Commercial areas
  • Develop an area program for the Marina and Commercial areas in Zhongshan Marina project, including a phased development schedule
  • Provide all necessary technical support services for the successful development of the Marina and Commercial areas
  • Develop tenant mix for the commercial areas.
  • Identify potential tenants to take up commercial space
  • Negotiate and conclude lease agreements with suitable tenants for all the commercial areas
  • Develop an organisation chart to develop and operate the business for the commercial areas
  • Recruit, train and develop relevant skilled staff to support the development of the business
  • Set up standard operating procedures for the efficient and effective management of the Marina and Commercial areas
  • Coordinate all activities with the other teams (including Projects, Residential Marketing)the Zhongshan project


  • A good University degree with strong marketing experience
  • Proven management experience in high-end operations e.g. luxury lifestyle, high-end hospitality)
  • Track record of Profit & Loss accountability in the Management capacity
  • Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, resourceful, energetic and creative with strong problem-solving ability
  • Preferably with experience dealing with global business partners.
  • Adequate knowledge of financial management in terms of cost control and revenue generation
  • Effective leadership and management skills, strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the marina sector is an advantage but not a pre-requisite

    Job position:Marketing Manager


    Overall responsible for the Company’s commercial (office space) job scope including strategic planning, soliciting new tenants, leasing management and operation etc, and achieving targets.


  • Marketing research, project initiation, product conceptual design suggestion, overall commercial marketing strategy
  • Develop project overall sales strategies including (soliciting new client, sales and marketing strategies etc), promote and execute them effectively to achieve the targets
  • Effectively manage the marketing expense budgets
  • Lead the marketing team
  • Lead and motivate the marketing team to expand customer base and achieve sales target, and to develop and build talented marketing team


  • Degree holder with major in Real Estate, Marketing or Construction, with successful working experience of taking charge and participating in huge commercial real estate projects, especially in high-level office buildings
  • Proficient in commercial projects strategic operation points, familiar with the sales management and process of the modern commercial projects, have well established industry resources
  • Possess working experience in the commercial projects development, with excellent professional knowledge in product design, product marketing position and project package.
  • Ability to lead and monitor the project Initiation, sales management, proposal execution and operation process
  • Possess excellent skills in conceptualizing, organizing, planning, proposal execution, leadership, interpersonal and negotiation
  • Manage work challenge well, with good professional ethics and integrity
  • Excellent communication, financial management and project management skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
